Activity and Specialization
This center specializes in the manufacturing of advanced solutions for the treatment of natural stone surfaces and synthetic materials. Its main production lines include:
Manufacturing of tools for polishing, shining, and grinding marble, granite, ceramics, and concrete.
Since 2009, the plant has been producing specialized chemicals for cleaning, protecting, and maintaining surfaces.
In 2011, a specific line was launched for the production of epoxy and polyester resins, essential for the reinforcement and finishing of stone slabs.
As it is also their research center, more than 30 proprietary technologies have been developed here, and over 10,000 references that the company has manufactured throughout its history are managed.
Logistical Capabilities
The Production Center 1 in Atalayas is the heart of heavy and chemical manufacturing, where the technical innovation of the company's engineering department comes to life.
The installed capacity allows for the production of more than 5,000 products daily.
They maintain more than 5,000 products in permanent stock to ensure that 75% of orders are delivered in less than 24 hours.
From these facilities (and in coordination with their Center 2 in Elche), they export to more than 90 countries.
The Production Center Number 1 of ABR Surface Technologies is the key historical and operational core of the company, located in the Las Atalayas Industrial Park in Alicante.

This center specializes in heavy and chemical manufacturing.
Center 2 performs command and business development functions.
It houses the headquarters where the administration, finance, and human resources of the group are managed.
It is the center from where the commercial strategy is coordinated for the more than 90 countries where the brand is present.
As the development center, it is often the reception area for international clients and where the final applications of their technologies (marble, ceramics, granite, etc.) are presented.
Given its strategic proximity to the Alicante-Elche Airport and the A-70 highway, Center 2 is key for the agility in order distribution (achieving that 75% are delivered within 24 hours).
Logistical Capabilities
The Production Center Number 2 (Center 2) of ABR Surface Technologies is the administrative and strategic pillar of the company.

The Production Center Number 3 (Center 3) of ABR Surface Technologies is the group's most recent and technologically advanced facility, designed to complement the production capacity of the Atalayas and Elche centers.
This center has been equipped with state-of-the-art machinery to improve the finishing and manufacturing processes of abrasive tools.
Its strategic location at the southern entrance of Alicante (Babel) facilitates the flow of goods to the port and the main communication routes, reinforcing the company's promise to deliver orders in less than 24 hours.
Although the main R&D center is in Atalayas, Babel serves as a testing center for new manufacturing technologies before their mass implementation.
Being one of the most modern facilities, it incorporates improvements in energy efficiency and waste management to meet the highest environmental standards.
Logistical Capabilities
The Production Center Number 3 (Center 3) specializes in the mechanical manufacturing of abrasives and is an outbound logistics hub.
While Center 1 has a very strong chemical load (resins and liquids), Center 3 is more focused on the line of mechanical tools
For roughing and high-precision polishing.
Manufacturing of wheels, rollers, and tools for automatic polishing machines for slabs and tiles.
Being a modern facility with good connectivity, it performs critical functions of:
- Final quality control: Verification of the abrasive tools produced before their distribution.
- Packaging and labeling: Centralizes a large part of the final packaging to ensure that products (both chemicals and tools) comply with export regulations to the more than 90 countries where they operate
It functions as a logistical hub. Thanks to its space, it allows for the maintenance of critical stock for more than 10,000 references of the group, facilitating the Torrellano center (Center 2) to manage 24-hour rapid shipments.
