A controlled and homogeneous dispersion of diamond makes this technology the perfect combination for achieving superior Metal Bond Diamond Abrasives. Specific formulations developed to optimize the polishing of different materials. Indefinite storage while remaining stable without changing its properties over time. Increased productivity compared to traditional abrasives, avoiding continuous machine downtime.


Structured abrasives 100% effective from the start. The linear micro-structure defined on the top of the product allows for perfect work from the beginning, without the need to prepare or open the tool beforehand.


Small incisions in the supports ensure a perfect fit in their Frankfurt fixation.


The Frankfurt ADM can be supplied resin-coated.

It allows for perfect calibration without the risk of chipping the surfaces or over-penetrating them.

Recommended option for the finer grains within the selected Frankfurt ADM sequence


The construction of the tool, combining flexible and rigid parts, ensures a perfect fit and constant contact on the surfaces, preventing marks and scratches during polishing. 

We recommend requesting the Force System technology in finer grits to achieve the highest quality of polishing and shining.
